Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Barback and Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create an unforgettable experience for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of tools and supplies. Support food preparation tasks such as plating snacks or light bites to complement beverage offerings. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the bar and dining area tidy. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about drinks or menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred; banquet or hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen or catering practices. Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, or barista work is advantageous. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for setup or cleanup tasks.
