As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and efficient table management. Duties Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations throughout their dining experience Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering systems while providing excellent customer service Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift 4 POS, or similar platforms is essential for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
