Lead Bartender Bring your passion for hospitality and leadership—help us create unforgettable bar experiences! Seeking a Bartender passionate about guest experience, classic cocktails, and team leadership. Set the bar's tone, mentor others, and bring creativity to our drink program. Build connections and ensure every guest has a memorable night. Key Duties
- Lead and mentor bartenders
- Craft and serve drinks to standard
- Manage POS systems and cash
- Oversee food safety and compliance
- Accurately handle cash transactions
- Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Coordinate with kitchen/catering staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues
- Comply with food and alcohol regulations
- Prioritize tasks in busy shifts Key Skills
- Bar experience in fine dining or nightclubs required
- Advanced POS skills (Toast)
- Excellent customer service and leadership
- Strong math and cash handling
- Food safety and alcohol compliance knowledge
- Time management under pressure
- Catering/banquet experience preferred
- Brewing knowledge a plus
