Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving in compliance with liquor laws and responsible beverage service policies. Collaborate with catering, banquet, nightclub, and food service teams to support event setups, beverage stations, and special functions. Handle food safety procedures diligently during food handling and serving processes to ensure guest safety. Demonstrate excellent time management by efficiently balancing multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of the food industry standards. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in catering, brewing, or retail math enhances your versatility behind the bar.
