In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether mixing up cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves happy. If you love working in lively environments, this could be the perfect fit for you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems Provide attentive customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options. Handle cash transactions efficiently with cash handling skills and basic math to give correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills in fast-paced settings. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly desirable; Knowledge of POS systems highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures confidently. Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management in busy environments like bars, restaurants, or banquets. Basic math skills for cashiering and retail math calculations during transactions.
