In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring the bar and dining areas are well-stocked, clean, and inviting. You'll deliver food swiftly and efficiently from the kitchen to our guests' tables, maintaining high standards of service and food safety. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies to ensure smooth bar operations Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently while maintaining proper food handling procedures Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or garnishing dishes Ensure all food safety standards are followed during handling, serving, and bussing activities Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately when required Maintain open communication with team members to coordinate timely service and guest satisfaction Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred but not necessary Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency Experience with banquet service, bussing, or catering is a plus Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards can be beneficial Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and guest satisfaction This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
