Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, taking orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems. Understanding of food safety and handling practices is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
