We are looking for an experienced bartender that is able to create classic and innovative drinks and serve our bar menu in our lounge, exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Interact with guests who are in town for business and leisure In order to add to our their experience and exceed their needs and expectations. Compensation includes 15 hourly rate plus additional tips. Bar Hours are 3 pm - 11 pm on weekdays, until 1 AM on weekends, with exceptions. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food menu and drinks to both tables and bar guests Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Perform opening and closing duties to ensure bar is left clean Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Experience with MICROS a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
