The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, managing bar inventory, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS, to manage tabs and payments. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services or special events as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service in a nightclub or restaurant setting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry or nightlife establishments. Strong knowledge of retail math to manage cash handling and inventory effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patrons. Familiarity with various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment operation. Experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
