Avg 4 shifts per week. Duties Delicious, inspired and creative cocktail creation. Maintaining a spotless and sanitary bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate transactions. Restock bar supplies (including replacing kegs) regularly, monitor inventory levels, and noting what needs to be ordered. Assist with serving food at bar or in the dining room, supporting catering functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest age to be 21 or older. Requirements Must know how to make all the mainstay cocktails, as well as accurately and consistently adhere to all drink, syrup, tincture and shrub recipes. Ability to be coached and accept constructive guidance. Wine knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus. Punctuality is mandatory. Ability to assimilate to a diverse customer base is essential, as well as being an all-around helpful, mindful and positive teammate. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Must be 21 years or older with a solid bartender background, excellent communication skills and phenomenal work ethic. Can work a shift without needing to monitor your phone.

Pay:

$23.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 38.0 per week
