The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Duties Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders efficiently. Serve beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders. Operate the POS system for processing transactions, including cash register duties. Maintain cleanliness of the beverage service area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area remains tidy. Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and helping with any requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of beverages served. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a beverage server is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Must be able to lift and carry items as needed throughout the shift.
