Bartender

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred; nightclub experience is a plus. Knowledge of sales techniques to promote featured drinks or specials effectively. Familiarity with brewing processes can enhance beverage offerings and customer engagement. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
