Barback

($15/hr plus nightly cash tip out) Olives Restaurant and Bar is a small business in East Grand Rapids, MI. Our goal is to provide upscale food in a casual, fun establishment, tucked right into the heart of East Grand Rapids and historic Gaslight Village. Olives is looking to add a BARBACK to our small FOH staff. You would work some combination of our busier nights (a possible mix of Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat). This job will likely just be a couple days a week to start, but could turn into more depending on your availability. Your job would be to help out behind the bar by making service drinks, cleaning, doing ongoing sidework, and stocking. No previous bar experience needed. We will train you! Barback pay is primarily HOURLY plus some supplemental nightly cash tipout. Typically the Barback will make at least $25/hr total.
