Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender Server to join our hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the customer experience, blending exceptional service with expert beverage and food knowledge. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests, whether they're enjoying a lively nightclub atmosphere or a simple lunch. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organization. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Assist in setting up catering events or banquet services, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally. Support the team during busy nights by multitasking between serving food, refilling drinks, and managing customer requests in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting. Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially within fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Experience in sales-driven roles that involve upselling beverages or menu items will be advantageous. Previous catering or banquet experience is desirable for supporting special events. Strong math skills for basic retail math, restaurant math, and cash handling tasks are necessary to ensure accuracy in transactions.
