In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each guest has a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Manage POS (Point of Sale) system, Toast. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and adhere to food safety regulations. Assist with food service when needed, prepping syrups and juices when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol service. 2+ years of previous experience in fine dining or hospitality is a MUST. Basic math skills for accurate billing and transaction processing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team within the food industry environment.
