Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Take accurate orders from guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food service by delivering meals promptly and checking on guest needs during their experience Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by providing exceptional service in various settings Skills Proficiency with POS system Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Basic math skills for accurate billing, retail math understanding, and cash management Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and teamwork orientation Teamwork and dependability are a must This role offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
