Barback and Busser

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Barback and Busser, where you'll be the backbone of our vibrant nightlife and hospitality environment. In this energetic role, you will support bartenders, servers, and event staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations during busy nights and special events. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully prepared for service Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, glassware, utensils, and surrounding areas in accordance with health and safety standards Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas efficiently to ensure a tidy environment Operate Toast POS system for processing payments accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during high-volume periods or special events Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred; banquet or hotel experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed This role is paid and offers a lively environment where your enthusiasm and dedication will shine.
