Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or catering events, while managing multiple tables or bar stations. Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environment; banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations related to sales or inventory management. Experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous; retail math skills are beneficial for inventory control. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as weddings or corporate functions.
