About Casa Pasha Casa Pasha is an upscale dining and cocktail destination blending refined hospitality, elevated cuisine, and an unforgettable guest experience. We are building a team of passionate hospitality professionals who understand that great service is an art form and every guest interaction matters. We are seeking experienced Craft Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team and help establish Casa Pasha as one of the premier dining and cocktail destinations in Oakland County. Position Summary The Craft Cocktail Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional beverages, delivering personalized guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality behind the bar. This position requires strong cocktail knowledge, attention to detail, speed, consistency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Our ideal candidate understands that guests return not only for great drinks, but for the experience, energy, and relationships built at the bar. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized hospitality to every guest. Create memorable experiences through conversation, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations. Build relationships with regular guests and foster guest loyalty. Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming presence at all times. Beverage Program Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision and consistency. Execute recipes exactly as designed while maintaining quality standards. Possess extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, sake, and cocktail ingredients. Educate guests on menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations. Assist in developing seasonal cocktail features and specialty beverages. Ensure proper garnish preparation and presentation standards. Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Complete opening, running, and closing side work. Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to management. Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service standards. Accurately process transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Support fellow team members and contribute to overall restaurant success. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a craft cocktail, upscale dining, luxury hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and modern cocktail techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
