Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure correct billing and change distribution Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during serving and food handling Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Fine dining or hospitality experience is advantageous; prior nightclub or catering experience is a bonus Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to foster guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional drinks, lively atmosphere, and outstanding service!
