Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Collect payment and operate cash register or POS system
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills:

• Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
• Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
• Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
