The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and cash handling efficiently. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification for age verification. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly desirable. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
