Overview Join the Encore 201/Pretty Penny Steakhouse family as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! In this energetic role, you'll craft exceptional drinks, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in beverage service, combined with a passion for hospitality, will help us set the standard for excellence in both casual and fine dining environments. Whether you're mixing cocktails at a bustling nightclub or serving guests at a sophisticated banquet, your enthusiasm and skill will shine through every interaction. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.l Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service protocols. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without interruptions. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Club experience preferred
