Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server / Patio Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly serving food and beverages in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving tables, you'll ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with precision Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, including setting up and breaking down stations Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously Uphold all food industry regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Use sales techniques to enhance guest experience while maximizing revenue opportunities Skills Proven experience in food service environments is highly preferred Proficiency with Toast POS system for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of the food industry, beverage brewing processes, and hospitality standards is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Join us in creating lively experiences filled with great food, drinks, and unforgettable moments!
