Main Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks Assess customers' needs / preferences and make recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Open and Closing duties, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
1+ year of bartending experience (required) Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills TIPS and/or ServSafe certification is a plus. If not currently certified, certification will be required after hire
