Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and creativity, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts using retail math skills. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or food service operations when needed. Uphold food handling protocols and ensure proper food safety practices during serving and preparation. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations. Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; catering or food industry background is beneficial. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
