Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of food and drinks. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Assist in setting up bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving in nightclub or hospitality settings. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours while managing time effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments; banquet experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Previous experience working with brewing or beverage preparation is preferred; knowledge of food industry standards is beneficial.
