They ensure a high level of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are appropriately stocked. Monitor members' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Follow all alcohol service regulations and the club's policies regarding guest safety. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, and the ability to create new, signature drinks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, including knowledge of proper glassware and garnishes. Ability to engage with members and provide an exceptional customer experience. Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
