Full-time bartender & Server Ambi Wine Bar Job Summary Ambi is a little wine bar located in the heart of historic downtown Anoka. We specialize in higher end wine by the glass or bottle, small curated food menu to pair, extensive dessert menu and now newly launched cocktails! We are seeking a full time candidate to join our small team who is bubbly, passionate, hardworking, and dependable. This person should be awesome at providing high quality friendly service in a fast pace environment, great at multi-tasking and available to jump in any area when needed. Requirements:

Previous bartending/serving experience is required Candidates must be at least 21 years old Strong knowledge of cocktails/wine, mixology techniques, and food safety practices Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials or food pairings effectively Proficient in cash handling procedures; familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and inventory management Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively as a team Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time Ability to bend, reach, and twist This job will receive an hourly rate plus tips
