We need high-energy, reliable individuals who thrive in the heat and the hustle. If you are a problem-solver who loves country music and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want you at Soo Pass Ranch this August. Overview Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Key duties include mixing drinks, taking orders, handling payments, checking IDs to prevent underage drinking, and monitoring for intoxication. This is an hourly position + tips Server certification and background check is required for this positionSkills & Qualifications:
high-volume experience, rapid drink preparation skills, and proficiency with POS systems to manage fast-paced, crowded environments. Key qualifications include valid responsible alcohol service certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe), knowledge of beverage laws, and the ability to work long, intense shifts. Strong communication skills, customer service, cash handling, speed and efficacy adaptability as well as the ability to stay calm under pressureSchedule Notes:
