Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following all safety and quality standards. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining or nightlife experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and organization skills. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining proper food safety and food handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions when needed, providing exceptional service during large gatherings or nightclub events. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
