Server / Bartender

We're looking for servers / bartenders with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar and restaurant environment who are able to handle today's demanding customers. To be successful in this role, you'll have great customer service skills and possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor. The ideal candidate will also have a flexible schedule that allows you to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an organized bar with appropriate supplies and proper tools. Prepare, measure, and mix drinks according to recipe, changing drink orders as necessary. Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner. Clean the bar area and utensils periodically. Ensure that you are complying with all relevant liquor laws and regulations. Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers. The ability to multitask, keep a clean work station Maintain menu knowledge, and the ability to explain menu to guests and provide suggestions Server sidework and cleaning required
