system. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments securely. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service by setting up stations, serving guests promptly, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service experiences in all areas of the restaurant or bar environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is desirable. Familiarity with the food industry's standards for alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices.
