Be willing and able to stock liquor and bar supplies; will do continuous sidework of stocking napkins, utensils and be responsible for providing water and wares for guests. The Barback will ensure proper rotation in stocking and organization of batches, syrups and non-alcoholic products. This is a learning position and the first step to becoming a bartender. Must be minimum 18 years old. Assists the bartenders in guest experience and flow. Extensive knowledge of dining settings, stocking and organization of all things bar related. Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers.
