Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, your expertise will elevate every guest interaction. We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to showcase their mixology skills while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks, enhancing their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels Provide excellent customer service by serving drinks promptly, managing multiple orders, and addressing guest inquiries professionally. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages diligently to promote a safe environment. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, beverage recipes, and hospitality standards. Contribute to a lively atmosphere Experience Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is essential for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and increase revenue opportunities. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality or service speed. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience working in hospitality settings that require excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately across various scenarios such as catering or banquet events.
