We are looking for someone who is dependable and enjoys learning new things alongside a great team. moto-i is a ramen house and American sake brewery located in the Lyn-Lake neighborhood. Our kitchen features shareable Japanese-inspired small plates like house-made steamed buns and Tokyo straight style noodle ramen. Our bar program reflects our soul with our house-brewed sake brewed on-site and served on tap. Our cocktails rotate seasonally with unique syrups, elixirs, and Japanese flavors. Applicants need to have at least 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced service industry environment.

Bartender pay:

$16.37 an hour + tips (averaging $25-$55 an hour, depending on the shift worked) Bartender Responsibilities include: Prepare, mix and put together craft cocktail syrups and ingredients Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests Interact with customers and exude high-level hospitality Accurately account for orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Guide guests through the food and beverage menus by making suggestions based on knowledge of our establishment; such as sake, Japanese liquors, ramen, and ingredients.
