Duties Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accurate sales records. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions when needed, ensuring all service areas are well-organized and inviting. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while delivering a memorable experience. Experience 2 years Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for billing, retail math for sales transactions, and cash handling accurately. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment such as a nightclub or bar is a plus.
