Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces throughout your shift Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math for change calculation Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and beverage preparation techniques Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every guest interaction!
