The ideal candidate can craft both classic and creative cocktails while providing friendly, attentive service. Compensation includes hourly wages plus tips . Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks/snacks Assess guests' preferences and make drink recommendations Mix ingredients to create quality cocktails Help plan & present the bar menu Check IDs to verify legal drinking age Restock, rotate, and maintain bar inventory and supplies Stay guest-focused and ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills & Qualifications Proven bartending experience and a current resume Strong knowledge of drink prep, mixing techniques, and garnishes Positive attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to stay organized and keep the bar clean and well-stocked Basic computer literacy A second language is a plus Relevant training or certification preferred Other Details Must be available Saturday and Sunday nights Additional shifts may include weekdays, weekends, or nights
