- Set schedule! Shifts will remain consistent each week throughout the summer
- Expected hours: 15-25 per week (2-4 shifts)
- Previous food or beverage service experience is required
Wage:
$11.41/hr plus tips We provide paid time off, free beer, employee discounts on merch, and paid training. Purpose Pour Castle Danger Brewery beers for taproom guests, while providing friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Use our POS system to complete accurate sales transactions of beer and merchandise. Maintain a high standard of overall cleanliness and security of the taproom. Duties Work taproom as scheduled Complete alcohol serve-safe course Clean, sanitize, and fill growlers Pour and serve beer Check identification of guests to verify age to consume beer Answer questions about CDB and its beers Change kegs Open and close taproom Process payments for beer and merchandise Bus tables and wash/stock glassware Maintain cleanliness and order in the taproom Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to work at least two shifts per week in peak season (May-Oct) Must be able to work nights and weekends - must be flexible! Previous service experience is required Excellent teamwork skills Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers Excellent customer service Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and environment High standard for cleanliness Basic mathematical and computer skills Use POS/reservation system, handle money, and give correct change Physical Requirements Walk and stand during entire shift Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe Remain stationary for long periods of time Ability to lift 55+ lbs Team lift 170lb Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
