Job Requirements:

Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple guests and the rail Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and energetic approach to service with warm hospitality Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Available at least 3 shifts a week and absolutely available on Sundays Champion of lateral service and steps of table service Own the individual guest experience Be a team player Willingness to learn and grow with Red Cow
