Job Description
JOB The City of West Concord is seeking a full-time Municipal On-Off Sale Liquor Store Manager to provide leadership, customer service, and day-to-day management of our municipal liquor operations. This position oversees bartending staff, scheduling, inventory, ordering, promotions, events, facility upkeep, compliance, and daily sales operations. The Manager will also work regular bartending shifts and help create a friendly, safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff. Ideal candidates will have bar, restaurant, retail, or management experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
