This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an energetic environment and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and food service. We are seeking positive, enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team. We have availability for part-time and full-time positions. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST systems ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure responsible serving by verifying guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations Display a keen sense of attention to detail and knowledge of products Assist with food handling, table maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed Batch cocktails and help in the cooking of our house made syrups and infusions as taught by our Beverage Director Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering events, or banquet functions as required Uphold all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Required Qualifications:
Positive attitude Ability to multi task and follow directions Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have an eye for detail, a warm and friendly presence, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a team Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets A desire to learn and follow instructions or recipes as set by Beverage Director accurately and completely Preferred (but not required)
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a bartender in an elevated dining setting is highly preferred Previous wine knowledge and wine service knowledge Strong knowledge of TOAST is a plus, but understanding of other POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting Knowledge of batch or craft cocktails
