Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol serving practices are followed at all times. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing tabs and processing payments accurately using POS systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours at nightclubs or fine dining venues. Uphold food safety standards related to food handling, beverage preparation, and overall sanitation practices. Skills Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; catering or food service experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during busy shifts without compromising quality or safety. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Experience in brewing or hospitality environments; background in the food industry enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in dynamic settings like nightclubs or large events.
