We're building a fun, relaxed, and high-energy spot, and we're looking for team members who can match that vibe with great service. Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable Bartender / Golf Bay Attendant to join our team. This role includes serving beer, wine, and cocktails, helping guests feel welcome, checking in customers, setting up golf bays, and assisting with basic simulator and equipment troubleshooting. You don't need to be a golf expert, but you do need to be comfortable helping guests, learning the technology, and keeping the experience running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide upbeat, attentive service Check in customers for reservations, leagues, events, and walk-ins Set up simulator bays for customers, including golf, multisport games, courses, and basic equipment needs Assist guests with simulator use and basic troubleshooting during their visit Make and serve beer, wine, and simple cocktails according to recipes Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Take and run drink orders for simulator bays and lounge tables Handle payments accurately using our POS system Open and close the bar, including stocking, cleaning, counts, and general setup Keep the bar, glassware, golf bays, lounge areas, and equipment clean and organized Restock product, kegs, garnishes, and supplies as needed Communicate with other staff to ensure a smooth guest experience Assist with special events, leagues, and private parties as needed Qualifications Previous bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Must be 21+ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced, social environment Comfortable learning basic simulator technology and helping customers with equipment Able to stand for long periods and lift up to approximately 30 lbs, including kegs, cases, and supplies Reliable, punctual, and a team player Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation & Schedule $15/hr + tips Part-time with potential for additional hours during busy seasons, events, and game days Perks Fun, casual work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and growing business Work around golf, events, and a high-energy social environment
