TWAIN:
The Missouri Taproom. We are looking for positive, flexible, and passionate Bartenders to join us in this next adventure. During the onboarding process, you will experience a week-long training session, involving menu tastings, steps of service training, as well as cleaning and reorganizing for successful service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Welcome guests, provide attentive service, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Bartending:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following all responsible service guidelines.
Operations:
Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain organization behind the bar.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area while following all local hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. Wear your uniform with pride and assist with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to provide documentation for Form I-9 to verify identity and employment authorization. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening. Must have a bank account for direct deposit. Must be 21 and over.
Availability requirements:
must be available for two day shifts per week, at minimum must be available to work weekends, including home football games.
