Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety and quality standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining balanced registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food service during busy periods, including serving food at tables or catering events such as banquets or nightclub functions Manage time effectively during high-volume shifts to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering events Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and understanding of hospitality industry standards Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving or bartending in the bar & grill environment is required Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
