Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specialty drinks, pairings, and food offerings to provide recommendations. Manage POS systems such as Square POS for accurate order processing and billing. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies efficiently. Handle transactions accurately using retail math skills while managing credit card payments and receipts. Assist in catering events by serving drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction during large gatherings or private functions. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Square POS for efficient order entry and transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy hours. Experience in bar establishments or banquet settings demonstrating versatility across different hospitality environments. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Familiarity with food industry standards including catering services, batching processes, and food service operations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting.
