• Part-time, Full-time Overview Panino Divino is hiring a Bartender / Front-of-House Team Member to help serve wine, spritzes, beer, and simple Italian cocktails while also supporting counter service when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, can move quickly, and is comfortable helping wherever the team needs support. The bartender will help create the relaxed, elevated feel of Panino Divino while keeping service smooth during both lunch and evening hours. Description About Panino Divino Panino Divino is a Tuscan sandwich shop, wine bar, and spritz bar opening on West 39th Street in Kansas City. Our concept combines fresh-baked schiacciata sandwiches with wine, spritzes, beer, and a casual but polished Italian-inspired atmosphere. Position Summary The Bartender / Front-of-House Team Member will be responsible for preparing and serving wine, spritzes, beer, and simple cocktails while also assisting with POS, food running, guest service, and sandwich line support when the bar is slower or the team is busy. This is a hands-on role in a small team environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve wine, spritzes, beer, and simple cocktails according to Panino Divino standards Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service practices Take orders using the POS system when needed Help run food, support the sandwich line, and assist counter service during busy periods Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized Restock wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies Maintain cleanliness of bar, service areas, and guest areas Communicate with management when inventory is low Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash handling procedures Work as part of a small team and help wherever needed

Qualifications:

Bartending, barista, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience preferred Wine, spritz, beer, or cocktail knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided Must be at least 21 years old Comfortable checking IDs and following alcohol service laws Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Able to work quickly and calmly during rushes Willing to help with counter service and food support when needed Able to stand for long periods Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred Alcohol server certification preferred or willingness to obtain one if required Schedule Part-time and full-time shifts available. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability preferred. Typical shifts may include lunch support, afternoon bar service, evening service, and weekend shifts. Compensation $14
