Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Engage with members in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with other pool staff to coordinate service flow during peak times, including special events like parties or banquets. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, resort, or fine dining setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems is essential for efficient order processing. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritization to handle busy poolside service seamlessly. Experience serving guests at events such as banquets or catering functions is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in hospitality or food industry settings.
